Our award-winning and hatted restaurant, Slate, is housed in a modern building with slate, sandstone and native Tasmanian Oak featured throughout the venue, creating a rustic and romantic ambience.

The Slate menu features the best local and seasonal produce alongside our range of estate wines and handcrafted beers. Our flexible and all-inclusive packages can cater for intimate and larger weddings, offering a completely tailored experience for your wedding day.

Within our estate, there are three unique and private locations for your wedding ceremony and photography.

The Garden – Our estate garden features a large manicured lawn lined with garden beds of flowers and a backdrop of historic stone buildings, creating an idyllic setting for your wedding ceremony.

The Picnic Area – A more relaxed and rustic open space, the picnic area is set alongside a meandering creek, which is lined with ancient gum trees and surrounded by our estate vineyards.

The Pruner’s Hut – For more intimate ceremonies, The Pruner’s Hut offers breathtaking views of our estate vineyards, suitable for ceremonies of up to 50 people.
