We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join Pikes in the Clare Valley, South Australia.

This full-time role oversees maintenance across our winery, vineyard, and hospitality operations, with a strong focus on diesel-powered machinery, plant, facilities, and preventative maintenance programs.

You’ll lead a small team, coordinate contractors, and manage mechanical and infrastructure issues, particularly during peak periods such as vintage.
