Your Pikes Loyalty Program tier is determined by your spending over a rolling 12-month period. This means your tier can change as you spend more. As soon as you reach the necessary spending for a new tier, you'll immediately gain access to its benefits.
We'll keep you informed about your tier status! You'll receive emails from us with updates on the spending required to maintain your current tier. You can also easily check your progress by logging into your online account, or feel free to contact us directly with any questions.
