Members can accumulate spend towards the Pikes Loyalty Program by purchasing our wines from our website or at our Tasting Room. To check your loyalty tier, please log in to your account. 

Your Pikes Loyalty Program tier is determined by your spending over a rolling 12-month period. This means your tier can change as you spend more. As soon as you reach the necessary spending for a new tier, you'll immediately gain access to its benefits.

We'll keep you informed about your tier status! You'll receive emails from us with updates on the spending required to maintain your current tier. You can also easily check your progress by logging into your online account, or feel free to contact us directly with any questions.

Accessing your Pikes Loyalty Program benefits is straightforward.

When you log in to your online account for purchases, your benefits will automatically apply.

If you're buying in person or over the phone, simply provide the email address linked to your membership, and we'll make sure your benefits are correctly applied to your purchase.
