Take your seat at the pass and watch each dish come to life from preparation through to plating - a unique vantage point that brings you closer to the craft, precision, and creativity behind every course.

Availability: Lunch service, Wednesday–Sunday, and Saturday dinner service from 6pm, with any booking at SLATE Restaurant

Yes - the Private Cellar Tasting and Brewery Tour both make a great addition, available daily at 11am, Wednesday to Sunday, with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
This experience is designed for adults only.
If you cancel your booking within 2-6 days of the booking date, you will be refunded 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel on the day or are a no show, you will not receive a refund.
If an Experience is cancelled by Pikes Wines Pty Ltd with 24 hours notice before your booking and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from the Tour Operator:If a Tour is cancelled by the Tour Operator before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Majeure and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting the following from Pikes Wines Pty Ltd:
(a) a substitute Experience of equivalent value; or
(b) a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled Experience.
