an intimate, private tasting experience hosted by our knowledgeable team.

Available daily at 11am, this one-hour experience invites you to explore a curated selection of 8 wines, including premium releases and rare back vintages.

Your tasting will be hosted either in our private cellar or on the deck overlooking the vineyards and is thoughtfully paired with a selection of canapés from our SLATE kitchen, creating a relaxed yet refined experience that showcases the depth and character of our collection.

Price at $60 per person, this expereince includes a tasting of 8 wines & individual canapé plate.

Designed for the true food lover, the Chef’s Table Experience offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes journey at SLATE, hosted by Head Chef Louis Ritchie.

Take your seat at the pass and immerse yourself in the rhythm of the kitchen, where you’ll watch each dish come to life from preparation through to plating. This unique vantage point brings you closer to the craft, precision, and creativity behind every course.

Enjoy a curated five-course lunch or dinner, thoughtfully paired with a selection of wine or beer, tailored to your preference. Throughout the experience, Chef Louis will guide you through each dish, sharing insights into the ingredients,
inspiration, and techniques, while inviting conversation along the way.

Priced at $160 per person, the experience includes paired beverages and 20% off any tasting room purchases made on the day of your booking.

Go behind the scenes with a guided brewery tour and hosted tasting,

Discover the craft behind every pour with our Brewery Experience, a guided journey through the Pikes brewery led by a member of our Brew Crew.

Held daily at 11am, this experience begins with a hosted tasting, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery where you’ll learn about our brewing process, ingredients, and the stories behind our beers. Along the way, capture the moment with a photo opportunity on our brewery truck.

Choose the Standard or Premium experience, with optional lunch, a pint, and take-home merch.

Step beyond the cellar door and discover Pikes in its fullest expression with this exclusive, fully bespoke experience.

Designed for those seeking something truly personal, this privately hosted journey is tailored to the season and your individual interests—ensuring no two visits are ever the same.

Throughout the day, enjoy a personalised menu with thoughtfully matched wine pairings, designed to complement each stage of your experience. Settings are carefully selected to suit the moment, from long-table dining in the restaurant to relaxed moments at the Pruner’s Hut or private tastings within the cellar.

Priced at $500 per person, this premium experience is available for groups of 2 to 10 guests and offers a deep immersion into the people, place, and craft behind everything we do.
