Sourced from our own Polish Hill River Estate, we see this variety as having a strong future in the Clare Valley, as it has great resilience across extreme vintage conditions.

A citrus-driven freshness takes center stage, complemented by the variety’s signature briny edge. Layers of generous tropical fruit emerge, green melon, white peach, and a hint of ground ginger, while a snap of Granny Smith apple adds lively tartness. The result is a vibrant wine with a plush mouthfeel, balanced by the mouthwatering acidity and enduring length that define its Polish Hill River origins.

A vibrant array of citrus leads the way, from zesty grated lemon peel to tangy preserved lemons and juicy limes. Fresh notes of green apple skin and crisp diced cucumber add a refreshing edge, while delicate florals of jasmine and lime blossom create an enticing and aromatic profile.
