Rated 94 Points by Ray Jordan, Winepilot, November 2025

"This blend of Cabernet and Malbec has always worked well in the Clare. In this case, the fruit has been sourced from Clare and Polish Hill River and is a mix of 70% Cabernet and 30% of the fleshier, punchier Malbec. It was all naturally fermented and then had 12 months in seasoned oak. Captures the essential aromas of blackcurrant with a plummy, mulberry floral influence. The palate is typically generous and plush, with bundles of ripe dark fruits balanced with some fine structural tannins and a very subtle influence of oak. It’s drinking really well now, but will certainly handle cellaring over the next decade."
