Aroma

Lifted red fruits and cherry cola with some fresh aniseed like flourishes. Bright and inviting from the outset but with further time in the glass it opens further, showing baking spices and pastry notes.

Palate

Generous and bright red fruit leads with fresh cherry, both morello and black, alongside raspberry coulis and darker notes of satsuma plum and blackberry. These are framed by red liquorice and a savoury hint of dried thyme. Delicious and moreish, it flows seamlessly across the palate, finishing with soft, powdery tannins that easily invite a second glass.
