Winemaking Notes

A combination of inoculated and spontaneous natural fermentation on skins for an average of 14 days in open vats. Gentle cap management using compressed air to protect aromatic qualities of the wine.

Aroma

Layered and complex, with mulberry, blackberry and red fruits interwoven with spice and charry oak.

Palate

Concentrated and complete, combining depth of fruit with polish and structure. Fine, integrated tannins and bright acidity carry the wine through a long, seamless finish, highlighting both power and precision.
