Winemaking Notes

Only made in exceptional vintages, this release is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the Clare Valley’s best varieties, and when it reaches its
greatest potential, it rivals Riesling.

Aroma

Classic Clare Valley Cabernet, with cassis and blackcurrant supported by tobacco leaf, tomato leaf and lifted herbal notes, with subtle thyme complexity.

Palate

A focused and structured Cabernet showing varietal precision. Fine, chalky tannins provide grip and drive, framing concentrated fruit and delivering a long, controlled
fi nish. Built for cellaring, with excellent potential to evolve.
