2025 'Valley's End' SBS

Our Sauvignon Blanc tends to be a little more restrained that other regions, so the Semillon contributes more than its share would imply. We’ve been making this blend since the late 80’s, and it continues to prove it is worthy of its inclusion.

Lifted and finely balanced, showing a perfume of tropical fruit layered with crunchy green apple, lemongrass and citrus. The aromatics are pure and composed, with a subtle complexity that speaks to the quality of fruit.

A vibrant and refined palate, where restrained tropical fruits - under-ripe passionfruit and hints of green papaya - sit alongside a fresh line of citrus and lemongrass. The wine shows excellent balance, with bright acidity carrying the fruit effortlessly and giving shape and precision across the palate.
